the home base system
You don't need another planner that you have to check every day. (You probably won't.) And you don't need a bunch of power sheets you're going to think are a great idea but then never look at them after you buy them. You need a system. And you need somewhere all of your household operations live. Like... a binder.
If you're the only backup system for all of the information your household needs to function and if you a little thing called executive function -- well you're in good company, my friend.
Home Base is a digital binder I built for my own family after years of chronic illness, trauma, and neuro-overwhelm forced us into a five year long survival mode. After we got the services our autistic twins needed and I had a hysterectomy that cured my chronic pain, I reclaimed my position as household manager and starting putting our lives back together. As a nearly 100% neurodivergent household you can probably imagine what that's looked like.
I created this for my family, but I tweaked it for you.
If you're the manager of your home and you're running on inconsistency and overwhelm, i got you.
What's inside - 5 sections, 28 pages.
01 - Household
Everything you don't want to be digging for when you really need it. Emergency contacts, poison control, the pediatrician's number, etc. A full provider list - HVAC, plumber, lawn care. Utility accounts with due due dates and login locations. A seasonal maintenance checklist. And a cleaning list.
02 - Kids & School
A dedicated profile for each kid - sizes, allergies, doctors, comfort items. A school reference page for every building your kids are enrolled in.
03 - Home Upkeep
This is the section that does all the heavy lifting. Who Owns What walks you and your partner through dividing the invisible load - not just who does dishes but who notices the dishes need doing, who remembers the dentist is due, who changes the litter box. You assign it, agree on what "done" looks like, and stop being the default owner of everything. Daily Reset breaks the house into zones - kitchen, entry, bathrooms, bedrooms - with a person attached to each one, plus a spot for the littlest kids to have real jobs too. Then a cleaning system - broken down into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks so you're never guessing where to begin.
04 - Meals & Supply
A weekly meal plan that includes whose cooking each night. Grocery list already sorted by store section. A pantry and freezer page to keep track of household staple ingredients. And a family favorites page for the meals nobody complains about, for the nights when you have zero bandwidth to get creative.
05 - Money & Home
Every recurring bill in one place, with space to mark what's autopay and what still needs you to remember it. A budget snapshot that shows income, fixed costs, variable spending, and savings goals. And a warranties and documents page so when something breaks, you're not tearing through the house looking for what you need to get it repaired.

FAQ
Do I need special paper?
Nope. Whatever you have at home or at the library or at staples or wherever you print is fine!
Can I fill it out digitally?
I'm sure someone could figure out how to do that, but no. This is for printing and filling out the old fashioned way.
Is this only for neurodivergent households?
Nope. It's for anyone overwhelmed by being the brains of the household operation. It just happens to work especially well if your brain wasn't built to run on routine and willpower alone.
